We will be undergoing maintenance to address an issue with a piece of equipment that supplies Weston-on-Trent with broadband. The equipment has become unstable on it's temporary fixings and a more permanent attachment will be attempted today.
This will affect your ability to use our service. An advanced notice period of 5 minutes will be issued through the Statuspage when the equipment will be taken down.
For our customers in Thulston and Elvaston.
We will be running a new cable for equipment to bypass a known issue with the network for the run up to Christmas. The service will not be affected until a period of 5 minutes advanced notice is issued through the Statuspage.
