Identified - We have identified a fault between our router and Virgin Media's equipment. We are working to fix the issue. This may take more time than we would like as Virgin Media is working remotely.

Monitoring - Site closure at Aston Hill Farm will not go ahead until we have a confirmed length of time, whereby our engineering team can attend the site, outside the lock down period. This will allow time for all of our customers on this side of the network to gain access to an alternative connection with another provider.

We are supporting our broadband to Aston Hill Farm and all sub-sectors. We shall give adequate notice of the confirmed end date and time. Please contact us if you are unsure or encounter an issue.

We still require you to provide a notice to leave the service, at least one (1) month before changing providers.

Update - We are continuing to monitor for the disconnection issue. We are now noticing a speed performance drop across the SOS Network and are investigating this.
